ID3 Tags auf ID3v2.3 konvertieren
Mein MP3-Player kann prächtigerweise nur ID3-Tags der Version 2.3 anzeigen. Tags in der Version 2.4 werden völlig ignoriert.
Wieso sollte ein Player auch so neue Features wie ID3v2.4 unterstützen? Der Standard ist doch krachneu aus dem Jahr 2000 ( Quelle ) und kaum ein MP3-Track hat diese Version aktiviert.
Um das Problem zu beheben habe ich mir ein CLI-Tool installiert: eyeD3
Durch aufrufen von:
eyeD3 --to-v2.3 /Pfad/*
konvertiert es mir rekursiv alle Files eines Ordners. Durch einen Bug schmiert es allerdings nach irgendwas über 1000 Files ab, also mutet ihm nicht zuviel zu....

Bluemars.org Its a really great Ambient RadioStation. The host 3 Stations:
- Cryosleep - Ambient with a zero beat guarantee
- Bluemars - Traditional Ambient with a few Beats
- Voices from Within - Ambient with lots of singsang. Too much for me, but you could try it...
I love this music, especially while I am coding. You can keep concentrating with it and aren't disturbed by noises from your enviroment...

Dark Ambient for free
I found a great piece of Dark Ambient artwork tonight through a friend of mine (thx...) and enjoy listening to it.
You can download it at archive.org.
This reminds me of Lustmord, another great Dark Ambient Artist.
He uses Ultra-Low Frequencies (below 20Hz) in his Music, which are known to cause feelings of fear and awe at the listener. Check him out, I'm sure you won't regret it.
[Dark] Ambient helps me to get things done and to concentrate on my work, etc.
